Lone Ranger - Features - The Stranger, Seattle's Only Newspaper
We’ve been noticing lots more tagging of late. Maybe it’s just the summer+free time+weather bringing them out, or maybe we’re just noticing more now that we started noticing. Where I come from, tagging was often political, but here in Seattle it seems to be mostly bored white middle class kids.
